At the core of our services, we provide direct marketing and counselling to prospective students and their sponsors where applicable. Some of these activities are conducted in partnership with our associate networks embedded in universities.
Counselling is conducted online and face to face through our on-ground counsellors based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Comprehensively:
- Enquiry stage or marketing stage: we provide independent reports, advice and recommendations on study destinations, short-listed instituions and providers to the students. Courses are also introduced.
- Mapping the student and the course: once an institution is identified and briefly agreed with the sponsor (where a sponsor is involved), we will counsel the students carefully on courses and requirements. We also check students’ background, to ensure they meet the University’s requirements.
- Application stage: we assist the students in preparing the documents for admissions and liaise with the University of choice.
- Admission process: we go through each university’s unique admissions process to get an offer for the students.
- Visa assistance: once the offer is issued, we check and discuss financial status/background with the students/sponsors, and get the COE, to move on to the visa preparation stage, where assistance is given to apply for visa.
- Pre-departure services: Once visa is issued, we prepare the students for going overseas. We also connect new students with existing students to facilitate hands-on assistance.
- Arrival services and ongoing support: On request from students and their families, we also provide comprehensive arrival services and ongoing support to the students, parents and sponsors for the duration that the students study in Australia or New Zealand.
